Online (Upload Only) Portfolio Review with Student Check‑In – $45 for the first student/$30 for each additional student evaluated at the same time

This includes a 5-10 minute follow up call with student which is a Florida law (Florida Statute 1002.41) requirement for all portfolio reviews

Virtual Portfolio Presentation Review (Zoom Meeting) – $65 for the first student/$40 for each additional student evaluated at the same time

Session requires appointment that will last approximately 30 minutes for each student

*Florida law (Florida Statute 1002.41) requires both a review of the student’s portfolio and a discussion with the student. A Zoom meeting covers the student discussion, but I still need to review the portfolio (log, reading list, and work samples) to meet the state’s annual evaluation requirement.

🌟PEP Standardized Testing (Step Up For Students – PEP Scholarship)
PEP students must complete an annual nationally norm‑referenced test and submit results to Step Up for renewal. No in‑person or virtual proctoring required. Parents may supervise at home.

3. Complete PEP testing or upload portfolio/or Zoom evaluation
Everything is done online.
4. Receive your documents
You’ll receive:

- Step Up compliance letter (for PEP)
5. Submit documentation to Step Up or your school district

Most results are delivered within 24–48 hours unless notified differently.
Do you offer in‑person services?
Only in Duval, Clay or St. Johns County and by special request. Please reach out to Terri via email to make special request and check availability.
