“Momisms” and “Dadisms” From Friends Along the Journey

As I share my book with people I meet,

I am often delighted to hear their own

Momisms and Dadisms

those memorable words of wisdom passed down through

family moments and everyday life.

This idea was sparked during a conversation with Jim, whose shared words of wisdom inspired me to begin collecting and sharing these sayings with all of you.

Some may even find their way into my upcoming book,

Momisms, Part 2 (title still in the works).

  • The smallest good deed is far greater than the grandest good intention. (from Jim)

  • Why are you trying to fit in when you were born to stand out?

    (from Jim)

  • Noticing that someone is different from you doesn’t make you prejudice, thinking that it makes a difference, does.

    (from Jim)
